OPRYVO account and data deletion

Delete inside the app

Open OPRYVO, sign in, go to Settings, choose Delete Account, and complete the confirmation steps. This is the quickest way to permanently delete your account.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email opryvo1@gmail.com from the email address registered to your OPRYVO account. Use the subject “OPRYVO account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deletion.

What is deleted

Your OPRYVO account, profile information, saved property inputs, reports, uploaded survey documents and associated app data are deleted. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are controlled by those providers and may be retained under their legal and accounting obligations.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution or financial-record obligations. Anything retained is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the necessary period.
